- How can I view my purchase history? Your purchase history for video responses is available in your app store’s subscription and purchase history section.
Using the App
- How do I upload a letter? From the main screen, tap the “Upload Letter” button and choose to either take a photo with your camera or select an existing image from your photo library.
- How long does it take to get a video response from Santa? Video responses are typically generated within 15-30 minutes. You will receive a push notification when your video is ready to be viewed.
- Can I share the video with family? Yes! Once a video is ready, you can use the “Share” button in the app to send a link to family and friends.
Troubleshooting
- The app is crashing or running slow. Please try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. Always ensure you have the latest version of the app installed from the app store.
- I haven’t received my video response. Please check the status of your letter in the app. If it has been longer than one hour and the status is not “Ready,” please contact our support team with your Letter ID.
- The video has no sound. Please ensure your device’s volume is turned up and that it is not in silent mode. If the problem continues, try restarting the app.
